Personally, I would just print it at 20x30" and see what happens. Nor have I seen the proof as to any real improvement in doing this, but others swear by up-rezing in small steps or using Genuine Fractals, etc. Most people recommend up-rezing you image by various means to 2-3 times that size, but I could ever see the point. Certainly this is pushing it for a quality print, but since people seldom stand close when viewing an image this size they usually look fine. If you print your image just the size it is it will print 20x30" at 116 dpi. However, others have printed 20x30" prints from 20D images without issue. Now you might have to use noise reducing software to get what you want, and it may never look right to you. If you want to print large, you would have better luck using 100 ISO. What did you use to convert the RAW image with, and what file format is it in now?
